I am a female Tattoo Artist and body piercer, and Unicorn Inks is my tattoo business.
Currently, I’ve been operating from operating from top notch tattoo studios across the Wirral, Cheshire, and North Wales.
Naturally, as a professional artist, I am always exploring the world of tattoo, building my profile, and strengthening my skill set every day.
Basically, I have spent most of my time as an artist, cultivating a strong skillset, whilst remaining true to my own style.

Above all, I am a responsible tattooist, and pride myself on the customer experience.
As such, I offer anxiety control coaching and pain management techniques to all my clients.
Currently, I would say that my strengths in Tattoo Art are evident in my clean and organic flowing line work, which is the foundation of any great tattoo!
Naturally, I am proficient at (and really enjoy!) dot work, stipple effect, pointillism and feathering. And I work well with both black & grey as well as colour.
For now, my tattoo style is leaning towards what I’d call ‘Neo-Traditional’.
Which means that I love to create a unique interpretation of bold, traditional imagery and symbolism, but with a modern twist.
My Piercing Work
Undeniably, I pride myself on the fact that I am (And happy to call myself) a fully qualified, good, clean body piercer, with the utmost respect for hygienic processes.
And I operate under scrutinous practises!
I use surgical ‘A’ grade Titanium body jewellery as standard for piercings.
But if you have known sensitivities, or healing issues, I can offer customising.
I am a strict ‘No Gun’ piercer!

Plus, I’m a bit of a perfectionist and so have gained the nickname locally as ‘The Dermal Queen’.
Just one thing though… I only pierce from the waist up!
What I WON’T do!
Every artist has particular things that they will not do, and for various reasons.
As a responsible tattooist and body piercer, there are a few things that I won’t do. Including:
Portraits or Hyper Realism Tattoos.
The reason for this is because these kind of tattoos require the highest level of fine art skill and tattoo mastery, reserved for those with revered talent and experience. And one day, that’s exactly where I hope to be! Until then, I won’t take your money for this!
Glow in the dark ink.
Due to the fact that it’s highly toxic to the body, and contains cancer causing carcinogens, and I think it’s a disgusting product.
I reserve my right to refuse service.
Occasionally, someone will walk in and ask for work that grates against my personal ethics and sense of responsibility.
So of course, there are some kinds of work that I’d refuse.
For example, first time tattoos on public skin, anything that’s offensive, or serves an adverse portrayal of religious imagery.
I don’t pierce below the waist.
